How to get there, from the airport to Novi Sad:

• Air transfers:The nearest airport for Novi Sad is Belgrade Airport “Nikola Tesla” (IATA code BEG), with good connections all around Europe: http://www.beg.aero/en/home. An alternative airport is Budapest.
• Public transport: Bus from Belgrade Airport to the city of Belgrade (central railway and bus station) by Line A1, and then public intercity bus from Belgrade to Novi Sad (central bus station), in average every half an hour from the early morning till midnight..
• Cars, MiniVan Shuttles, etc. (be sure the word "Taxi" is not mentioned on the receipt): One of the best companies for transfers is Ki-Ki, where the reservations can be made online via Bookgins. The price list is accessible in Serbian language, however, everything is understandable as pictures say all options: 1 EUR = ~ 120 dinars (drivers normally accept dinars in cash, “on the fly”, nothing is to be paid in advance, as it can be, if someone likes). For each transfer, you will be obtained a receipt with a price expressed in Serbian dinars. Individual transfers by car, from / to the airport – to / from the desired destination (hotel) in Novi Sad (High Way): 4.500 din / 1 transfer. Up to 3 passengers are allowed and included in the same price. Typical cars: Skoda Octavia / Superb. Hence, it means 9.000 din, or about 75 EUR for both transfers. Mini Van shuttle transfers, from / to the airport – to / from the desired destination (hotel) in Novi Sad (High Way): 6500 din / 1 transfer. Up to 7 passengers are allowed and included in the same price. Hence, it means 13.000 din, or about 108 EUR for both transfers.
• Duration of a transfer: Typically not longer than 1h 15 min.
• Tips and tricks: never change your money to dinars at the airport exchange offices. They typically offer underestimated rate. Pay transfer at the end of the tour in dinars. Each driver will assist you to change money in the city of Novi Sad.

How to get there, when you are at Novi Sad:

• By public transport: Buses No. 1, 4, 8, 9, 11a, 11b, 13, stop at the University Campus (Univerzitet, for short). Very good public connections from all spots of the city of Novi Sad. Single ticket: 55 din. (~0,50 EUR), pay at the driver. More info (maps, timetables) click here.
• By Taxi (COST does not fund taxis during 07:00 -- 22:00 -- when travelling outside these hours, make sure to have proof of time): about 300 – 400 din (~ 2,5 – 3,5 EUR) from many city locations. Ask at the hotel reception desk to call a taxi, or call some of Novi Sad taxi societies. Please, avoid taking a taxi “on the fly”, particularly at the Central Railway and Bus Station, as it may cost more than this price.
• By foot: about 15 min. from the city center.
