From Marta Cogollos (Spain)

 Lemon mousse/gelati

 Ingredients:

   250g spreadable cheese (Philadelphia ?)
   4-5 slices of gelatin
   1/2 l (or more) of milk cream (liquid)
   4 lemons (according to taste)
   vanilla sugar, normal sugar

 Procedure:

   beat the milk cream (mechanically or by hand)
   add the cheese and mix
   squeeze the lemons and add the juice
   add gelatin and sugar

   keep in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours
