Coffee Ricotta Mousse (Mary Carriger)

These metric equivalents probably aren't exact, but it's not real
crucial for this recipe anyway.

You can use a soup spoon to measure tablespoons; teaspoons are
regular-sized spoons. (You probably already know that.)

1 pound ricotta cheese (.45 kilo)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (about 1/8 litre)
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon brandy

Mix all ingredients in blender or with an electric mixer until smooth,
then refrigerate.

Makes enough for about four people.
