[remark from HV: note the evolution in the smileys ;-) as the
 coctail gets tasted iteratively]

This is the recipe for the sangria at breakfast time. But it is
supposed to be the same for lunch and dinner, if it's really big.

Components:
    - sparkling water, sugar, colorant E150d, acid E338, vegetable
      extract, cafeine [ Coke ]
    - Red wine (the cheaper the wine, the better the sangria).
    - Sugar
    - Cinnamon (sticks)
    - Fruits (recommended: apples, bananas, pear, kiwi)
    - Alcoholic drinks:
                - Vodka
                - Gin
                - Martini Bianco
                - White Rum
                - Cointreau
                - Liquor 43
                - Brandy
                - Ponche
                - Fruit liquors
                - etc, ...
    - Ice cubes

Algorithm:

First you need a big container to make & mix it in. Anything is good, just
big ( fishing cube, washing cube, garbage cube ( uhn !, new one ), the
Merlijn cooking pot, fish tank, holow head of some friend of yours (maybe yours).
Now a ladle that allows you to taste the sangria while you are mixing
everything (the greatest moment of the sangria ).

Next, you have to pour the wine into the pot, never drop
it outside, ... . Now you lay on it the sugar and the cinnamon, stir it
strongly and then, it is a good time to take a first taste. :-|

Now you need a friend to cut the fruits, this is really important
you know, never do it yourself. When your friend finishes, check whether
the fruit is cut in little pieces. Then, you, the engineer, lay the fruits on the
sangria. Another taste ;-|

Remenber, you must do all of the above a day before you are
going to drink the sangria, because it's better the wine and fruits stay
together one day in the fridge. If you are doing this to drink in a few moments,
bad luck, you have to wait for one more day. :-(

See you tomorrow !!

Hi again, are you ready, ok, take out the sangria from the fridge and go on.
Put the coke ( some people do it with lemonade, instead of coke, but we
recommend coke). The amount of coke must be just a little less than the
amount of wine. Good moment to have a taste ;-)

At this moment it may be a little sweet. You can fix this with more sugar
or sweet liquor or dry ones, it depends.

Now let's join the liquor. You must put sweet and dry liquor, in a
perfect balance. To get it you just have to put & taste ;-]
The liquors you can put are all you have in your house. For this
sangria, the breakfast one, we recommend the following:
Martini Bianco, Vodka and Gin.
Never put whisky, and be carefull with the strong flavour ones. for
example, black rum, melon liquors. Ah!, you have to put the liquor one
by one and it is important, test, test, test and test ;~]

In the end, you must have a final taste, and drop the ices cubes.

OK!, it is time to move out of the house to the Spanish beach we have
inside, and have breakfast laying on the sand.
We hope you are now able to make the sangria, but we tell you the
real secret. THE SPANISH COOKER&TESTER TM.

Hope you all invite us every time you are going to make a sangria,
so we can say you whether you are good pupil.
