#7 Account for different kinds of semantic adaptations (delayed/reactive, moore/mealy) in the code generation

Currently, I think there is some logic missing from FMU.cpp (and probably elsewhere). This is because we haven't really encountered a scenario where we need to use a delayed moore adaptation, for example. In the future, we will need to address this.
