#32 Windows Installation Broken

When trying to install socket.io on windows, it expects that VS is installed, and fails to compile when it does not. It is difficult to solve this problem, so I suggest to just update the windows installation instructions to make sure that people understand the dependencies required.

As far as I understood, one needs to have VS installed, so that node-gyp can build the dependencies of socket.io properly. See https://github.com/nodejs/node-gyp/blob/master/README.md#installation

I cannot test whether this solution will fix the installation for now. I need a fresh virtual machine to test that. I will be using (and encouraging the use of) atompm in linux for now.
