When running the run_AToMPM.sh script on ubuntu:18.04, the installation fails.
The machine configuration is:
FROM ubuntu:18.04
RUN apt-get update -y && \
apt-get upgrade -y
RUN apt-get install -y git
RUN apt-get install -y curl
RUN apt-get install -y python2.7 python-pip
RUN apt-get install -y zlib1g-dev libxml2-dev
RUN apt-get install -y pkg-config
RUN mkdir /opt/atompm
WORKDIR /opt/atompm/
RUN git clone http://msdl.uantwerpen.be/git/simon/AToMPM.git .
RUN ./run_AToMPM.sh
The problem seems to be caused by the variable
working_dir=`pwd`
which looses its value after some commands are run.
I don't know why this happens.
If I use instead:
working_dir=$(pwd)
then the script works.
The build still fails when building the python igraph:

I'm assuming this is a problem with the setup file, since it should not try to download igraph, it should look into the directory where the C library for igraph is compiled. I would suggest looking at this documentation: https://docs.python.org/2.7/distutils/configfile.html
