#29 Multiple 'body' tags in constructor

Currently, the `super` tags are first used, and only then is the `body` tag used when generating code. Sometimes, however, some minimal code is required to set up some variables to pass to the superclass constructor. Workaround is to invoke the `super` call manually in the code, but this goes against the design philosophy of SCCD.
