  1. Download the predecessor version of SCT from the download site.

  2. Download and unpack the current update site:

    1. Go to "https://sctbuilds.itemis.de/job/SCTPRO_REPOSITORY/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/pro-update-site/":https://sctbuilds.itemis.de/job/SCTPRO_REPOSITORY/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/pro-update-site/

    2. Click on "Alle Dateien als ZIP-Archiv herunterladen"

    3. Unpack the downloaded ZIP file to a directory ("update directory").

  3. Install and start the predecessor version of SCT.

  4. Select *Preferences → Install/Update → Available Software Sites*.

  5. Select *Add…*.

  6. Click on the _Local…_ button.

  7. Select the update directory.

  8. Click on *OK*.

  9. Go to *Help → Check for Updates*

  10. Click on *Next*.

  11. Make sure all features can be installed and no errors, conflicts etc. are reported.

  12. Click on *Next*.

  13. Accept any licenses and click on *Finish*.

  14. Confirm to restart Eclipse.

  15. Eclipse is restarted.

  16. Click on _Help → About …_.

  1. Install a "pure" Eclipse without YSCT.

  2. Install the previous YSCT release from the official update site ("http://updates.yakindu.com/statecharts/releases/":http://updates.yakindu.com/statecharts/releases/)

  3. Update this eclipse from the downloaded (under test) update-site (see 1.1).

  4. Confirm to restart Eclipse.

  5. Eclipse is restarted.

  6. Click on _Help → About …_.
