#1 Issues with realtime_interrupt

The following issues were encountered when using the realtime interrupt. Ideally, they need to be fixed in the future.

Using realtime_interrupt on a CoupledDEVS input crashes because the event port does not have the routing outline set.
realtime_interrupt does not work with Classic DEVS
