A framework for explainable optimal dispatching

My thesis is in cooperation with Frontforce. A company located in Antwerp, Belgium whos main focus lies on emergency dispatching.

Currently, Frontforce has an application in place for certain fire departments accross Belgium. This application was built in the traditional way namely using coding. My thesis will introduce a new framework which can be used by employees or researchers to get familiar with a new domain as well as provide a flexible approach for a generated application. There is a combination of different techniques, methodologies and technologies. Ontologies, DSL's, Generative development and product families are all used in order to create a natural flow from information gathering to simulation generation.
