A poster session will be held during the summer school.
Important dates
Important dates are:
- 3 August 2014: submission deadline
- 10 August 2014: acceptance notification
- 24 August 2014: poster presentation at DSM-TP
All posters will be reviewed for acceptance by a program committee consisting of the summer school lecturers.
If your submitted poster is accepted, you engage yourself in printing the poster and presenting it at DSM-TP.
Submission Content & Format
Posters must include the following information:
- Title
- Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- Motivation and goals
- Background information, if needed to understand the work
- Adequate detail on the proposed approach, results, and contributions
- Related work
- Links to additional information (e.g., project website, contact information, citations to publications, other MODELS activities that will also present the work)

Research Posters provides excellent tips about how to prepare successful posters.
Each poster submission should be a 1 page extended abstract that is formatted according to the
Springer LNCS style.
The extended abstract should describe the background and contribution of the work presented in the poster.
An additional page should be submitted at the end of the extended abstract that contains a draft of the actual poster (this last page will not be published, but used for review purposes).
You can submit your scientific poster by sending the document in pdf format by email to all of the
organizers.
