Who Am I?
From 2015 until 2025, I was at the University of Antwerp, studying Computer Science. In 2020, I did my Master's Thesis on "Translating GPSS to DEVS (Based on a DEVS Building Block Library)".
I then started my PhD on "A Multi-Paradigm Modelling Foundation for Twinning (within the context of Systems Engineering)", which I defended on March 28th 2025.
This webpage is about my research at the University of Antwerp under the supervision of professor Hans Vangheluwe with the
Modelling, Simulation and Design Lab (MSDL).
During my PhD, I explored a generic architecture and framework for model-based design of Digital Twins within the context of Industry 4.0. Additionally, I also concern myself with using DEVS as a common denominator
for discrete-event modelling languages.
